1. General Event Ticket Refund Policy

No Refunds/exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling, in accordance with our terms and conditions. 

Cancellation Policy: If an event is cancelled or abandoned, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price for that event. Booking fees are generally non-refundable.

Resale Policy: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Attempted resale may lead to cancellation without refund."
