Ticket policy & consent – Brighton Bear Weekend

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you, and the person who will use the ticket to gain entry to our event if that is a different person, are both over 18.
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the entire Brighton Bear Weekend is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or terrorism, in which event you will be offered tickets at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the ticket or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a full refund.
The resale of tickets is prohibited. Brighton Bear Weekend reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
Brighton Bear Weekend may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times and audience capacity without prior notice.
Brighton Bear Weekend may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
Brighton Bear Weekend may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop an event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Multiple bookings or group booking by party planners, organisers or agents are not permitted.
By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.

There is a £3 ticket discount for wristband holders when purchased as a bundle.
You may purchase a wristband at any time prior to this event, including at the same time as purchasing your ticket.
If you present a discounted ticket at this event but are not wearing a wristband, you will be charged the £3 price difference in order to gain entry, or you can purchase a wristband instead.
You will not have to wear a wristband to gain entry to the venue if you have purchased a full price (non-discounted) ticket.
The owner of the venue (Rialto Theatre, Brighton) reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
