Zoe Lyons sends her best wishes

You may have seen comedian Zoe Lyons on TV shows such as Mock the Week and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow … and here she is wearing our very own t-shirt!

Zoe Lyons

Zoe is a Brighton resident and a Patron of the Rainbow Fund, our designated charity. She says:

Wishing all you lovely Bears a fabulous weekend in Brighton this June. Have a truck load of fun and thanks to each and every one of you for supporting the Rainbow Fund and all the great causes it helps in Brighton And Hove.

Tony and Jimmy are your friendly hosts at Benidorm’s most fun men’s bar, open every night from 11:00 until 4:30. Check out their Facebook page and website, and be sure to drop by and say hello when you’re in Benidorm!

Gin and Bear It photos

Fancy a gin and tonic? You’ll be able to get your fix at the Brighton Bear Weekend Bear-B-Q on the afternoon of Saturday 18 June, because the guys from Gin & Bear It will be there with their mobile gin bar.

We took some photos of Aaron and John (in the black t-shirts) with our own Graham at the Camelford Arms recently. Have a look at the photo album!

Radio appearance with the Sea Serpents

If you missed our appearance on Radio Reverb’s Out in Brighton show on Thursday, you can listen to it here. Together with Ian and Chris from Brighton and Hove’s new rugby team, the Sea Serpents, we talked about rugby, growing up gay, and our upcoming events (our own Black Valentine on Sunday – see below – and the Sea Serpents’ first match against Kings Cross Steelers IV at Hove Rec on Saturday 20th February). Here we are in the studio:
